Re: Propaganda 101 - Free Lesson By Runningman

I mean, is it really your position that Bill Gates, who I believe is one of, if not THE largest benefactor on earth, is not motivated by altruism, but is instead involved in a secret plot to kill poor people for the benefit of his even richer monarch friends? Really?

we all agree that you have no basis for your claim about Bill Gates' statement during his presentation at TED. You seem to be going off on a belligerent tangent about European aristocracy laced with insults, but you haven't made one point that makes any sense

Word. This thread has taken it from the "slightly loopy and a little paranoid" to "call the authorities, because there's a dude out there that has totally lost his grip on reality."

Re: Propaganda 101 - Free Lesson By Runningman

Bill Gates wants to lower the earth population.. IT CAME OUT OF HIS OWN MOUTH!! This isn't a conspiracy you heard it yourself.

"One of those are going to have to get close to 0"... and the audience chuckles..

I mean how the fuck can we get the earths population from over 6 billion to near zero in 100 years?? Remember that is the timeline before the trends are irreversible (in fact I think it is less then that like 50). This isn't something that is going to be gradual over say 10,000 years. Do you know how many gene pools that would get rid of?

Antyime you talk about depopulation methods no matter if it is saving the earth or making the perfect human is Nazi talk.

Lest there be any confusion, I would also like to lower the earth's population, because there are a lot of evils that come with overpopulation -- famine, pollution, poverty, etc. That doesn't mean that I advocate KILLING PEOPLE to meet that end, though.

How about responsible reproduction?

Re: Propaganda 101 - Free Lesson By Runningman

Name one thing controlled by man that isn't corrupt?

Let nature take its course. I would rather have lived and died of famine then to have not lived at all.. You know nature is pretty smart it will handle things. It has done quit well even before we were around.

You knob. The talk was about Carbon Emissions, thus getting them to zero, not the human population. Good lord, how do you make it thru the day without accidently falling down manhole or being hit by a bus is news to me.

Bill Gates on energy: Innovating to zero!

http://www.ted.com/talks/bill_gates.html
At TED2010, Bill Gates unveils his vision for the world's energy future, describing the need for "miracles" to avoid planetary catastrophe and explaining why he's backing a dramatically different type of nuclear reactor. The necessary goal? Zero carbon emissions globally by 2050.
Re: Propaganda 101 - Free Lesson By Runningman

It is a well known fact that when people depend on their children to support the parents in their old age, and when children die at an early age, families try to have a lot of children to hedge their bets.

If there is a good idea that most of their children will live to adulthood, and they have access to contraception, they will have fewer children. Industrialized nations reduce their populations because their lifestyles differ from an agrarian society where more children are needed to help with the farming, etc.

yes and heading into a depression would cause that to shift back to old times right? When things get worse people will have more children to work.

No because a developed country will not become "undeveloped" because of a recession.

But regardless RM, my post was pointing out what Gates was referring to, so how about you admit you were wrong, and lets move on from this argument.

:shock::shock: i just gave you a title and summary of the speech from the organizers homepage that put the speech on which explains your (standard) total misunderstanding and (standard) pulling shit out of you ass to turn something innocent into something DiABoLiCaL.:shock::shock:

#1345404Post 56 of 68

Re: Propaganda 101 - Free Lesson By Runningman

Nothing is innocent. It always has to do with money. The environmental movement is worth quadrillions and Bill wants in on the action.. God to think he is doing this out of the goodness of his heart is really pathetic guys..

Florida deindustrialization is happening all around us. North America has shipped its work over to China. The wrecking of the middle class is upon us. Listen to Jim Rogers what does he say? Own a farm. Your going to need kids for that farm.

no one suggested a contaminated vaccine was healthy. It was contaminated!

But I;m sure the US government contaminated it on purpose to take out the population! possibly while being simultaneously sharply dressed.

Re: Propaganda 101 - Free Lesson By Runningman

I love how they're trying to drum up the flu again in the Southeast sections of the US.

What, need to dump a few thousand more vaccines still? ;)

Never got the vaccine. Wasn't going to fall for that crap. Honestly I think I had better odds of getting struck by lightning than contracting this thing.

Now here's the $64,000 question. Do we hear about this again en masse next year, is it a "new" flu strain to "worry" about, or does this all just disappear for the most part....
