thats cuz there were probably not any choppers hovering around the pentagon that morning covering the news since nothing had hit that building earlier in the day. and after it happened, well thats a little late then eh?
Re: ABC News claims to have obtained the pictures under the US Freedom of Information
also wouldn't surprise me if there was a ground hold on absolutely everything that could fly in the DC area, under the circumstances. When you consider what was going on that day, and what we were all thinking might be happening, I'm a little surprised that choppers were permitted to be airborn and allowed to get these shots.
Re: ABC News claims to have obtained the pictures under the US Freedom of Information
I think that chopper and maybe a couple more(?) in the air around the WTC were the only air traffic not grounded all around NYC that day from what I remember.

No but there where plenty of CCTV cameras on the Pentagon as well as the surrounding areas that could clear this little mater up really easily. The petrol station footage that the FBI confiscated shortly after the supposed impact would be a good start.
Re: ABC News claims to have obtained the pictures under the US Freedom of Information
its been said 50000000x that the cctv camera outside the building was not a 120fps camera ffs. it took pics like once every 10 seconds or less or something like that. that is where there are no obvious pics because the plane was flying a few hundred miles an hour and wasnt obviously visible. this is also where you dont see any obvious huge fuselage laying around because it just disintegrated. why is this so hard to understand?
if the plane didnt hit the pentagon where did it go? is it on the Lost island with the rest of the castaways?

So your saying the Pentagon had substandard CCTV  This is supposed to be one of the most defended building in the world. Disintegrated that's the biggest joke ever A whole plane disintegrated :roflmao: we will be back on the fold up wings and special paint next:!:

This is an excellent book and I suggest you read it:

Here is a link to the relevant text about the Pentagon video inside the book from google books: http://bit.ly/daskYn
Here it is so it's easy to read:
One factor that allowed Meysan to gain converts was the absence of video showing the crash. For almost five years, the only visual evidence of a plane striking the Pentagon was a set of still-frame shots taken from a security camera on the north side of the building. The photos were leaked to several news orginizations in 2002. But becuse the camera was recording at a slow frame rate and the Boeing 757 was traveling at 780 feet per second, the images show little more than a blurry white object appoaching the Pentagon and a fireball subsequently erupting from the building.
In 2004, the convervative watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a request under the Freedom of Information Act for the video itself - as opposed to a still-frame photos taken from the video. The intention was to disprove Meyssan definitively, say Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch.
The Pentagon initially refused the request because the video was among the evidence in the pending trial of accused 9/11 Al Qaeda conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui. In May 2006, after Moussaoui pleaded guilty and was sentenced to life in prison, the Pentagon released two videos showing the crash from slightly different angles. The violence of the footage is undeniable, but to call it video is a strech: It's actually more like a slide show of the images previously released - a blur followed by a massive explosion. Within hours of the videos being release online, the Web site www.prisonplanet.com posted a story titled, "New Pentagon Video Shows No Boeing Airliner."
A Pentagon spokesperson tells Popular Mechanics that the video was taken with a Philips LTC 1261 security camera and recorded at one frame per second. Jerry Housenga is a technical product specialist with Bosch Security Systems, which bought the Philips camera division in 2002. According to Housenga, it was unrealistic to think that the low-quality security camera footage would reveal the crystal-clear image of a Boeing 757 traveling at 780 feet per second. While most advanced security surveillance cameras can be set to record real-time video, the attached recording systems are almost always set at significantly slower frame rates in order to conserve storage space. As a result, it is unlikely that the recording system of any nearby security camera would be set at a rate high enough to capture the speeding plane with decent resolution.
According to the link you posted the camera's took a picture every 1 second and the plane passed by the focus area to quick to be captured on any of the cameras. Apparently the cameras where set slow to save hard drivespace :what
I'm guessing here that there is more than one (Micheal Moore claimed there are hundreds in a TV interview) camera covering any external wall around the pentagon. There is also the traffic cameras that monitor traffic on the road that passes right by the impact site. The impact site is visible from the traffic camera (This has been demonstrated in the past). Its a bit of a tall order to believe that multiple camera's from different ranges all failed to catch any still with a visible aircraft on any still. If I set up 3 camera covering and area and my 3 cameras only took 1 still per second to save hard drive space I would set each camera up to take the still every 1/3 of a second. Also if I was worried about hard drive space I would have my system set up to run quicker and automatically delete the oldest footage (akin to a sky plus box which deletes the oldest programmes when the hard drive is full)

Re: ABC News claims to have obtained the pictures under the US Freedom of Information
I'll stick with the hundreds (thousands?) of individuals who will agree that they all saw a plane hit the pentagon that day and will independently, I'm sure, testify agree to that.
I didn't see Neil Armstrong walk on the moon. I didn't see any Jews killed at Auschwitz.
But these things also did occur.
If you need more proof I guess only Allah will be able to provide you anything more, so I guess we are fucked.

Its just the same stupid ignorance of obvious facts corroborated by common sense and thousands of people, so you are being lumped into the same group of people. But, since the USA is a Communist state, and not a Democracy, am I not allowed to do this? :)

Youtube says this is 1:21:47 long. I'm sure I will need these ~80 minutes of my life back, whats the quick version? Some person on the street who has no scientific background I'm sure, or any knowledge of what happens when a plane strikes a building at 800mph thinks they say some 'wings fold up'? This is proof that was a missile? Fail.

Cant say I ever mentioned a missile:what. No there is also no news reader on this video either. Florida posted a video in the astonishing thread where a news reader claimed the wings folded up. How you got a missile from that is beyond me. The video shows eyewitnesses who claimed they saw the plane before the Pentagon hit. Only its wasn't on the alleged route. When the eyewitnesses realised the ramifications of their accounts they where no longer available for comment.:what I haven't got a clue where you got this missile stuff from, Maybe where you got the Holocaust stuff from:what
Re: ABC News claims to have obtained the pictures under the US Freedom of Information
^uh every post you've put in here says a missile hit the pentagon, or the gov't is covering something up here, or something else crazy like that, a logical conclusion on my part i think.
Re: ABC News claims to have obtained the pictures under the US Freedom of Information
^I think Chunky thinks there was no plane, and RM thinks it was a missile.
