Watched this recently
The War On Democracy by John Pilger

Re: Shadow Government Documentary
part 8 and 9 are just christian propaganda.
Gonna check yours out today Chunky.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
Funny thing with that The War On Democracy film, it was advertised on a movie DVD I hired out from Love Film. Strange
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
Now Chunky the CIA doesn't do anything remember what Miro told us...
What a video.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
Yeah that Duane Clarridge was a real piece of work. He claimed only a few hundred people died in the Coup in Chile. Then went on to say everything was done as part of National Security
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
I see all the democrats on here are hiding in their holes. This could be the fall of the democratic party today.
Boy I bet Obama supporters feel really stupid!!
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
I see all the democrats on here are hiding in their holes.
To the extent that this is intended to refer in any respect to me, please don't confuse "not feeling like wasting my time reading/viewing/responding to the conspiracy theory du jour" with "hiding in my hole." Didn't bother to watch it, and unless I exhaust the internet, I doubt I ever will. Just FYI.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
Where is the conspiracy on this one? If Mass goes red it shows that the democrats feel that Obama is a failure. That is the only reason why they would cross over.
Also why is everything I say a conspiracy to you?
Is Gitmo closed? Are the troops out of Iraq? Did he stop the Patriot act?
No those are the real conspiracies.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
^uh you live in Canada so you dont understand, its ok. Those three things each won't happen in the space of 1 year. Impossible no matter who you are as President. Doesn't work that way.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
especially if your name is Obama..;)
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
Actually, its especially if your title begins with "President of the United States of America". No president can ever get any of those things done as quickly as you think it can be done, no matter who they are or in what party. Thats the way the system functions.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
In case you haven't noticed. He is the President of the USA. He could order those gitmo doors shut in 3 hours if he wanted to. He also could have pulled out of Iraq like he promised.
What kind of stuff do you smoke? What is with your attitude of " I can't do anything." "The president can't do anything."
What it with your rollover attitude?
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
How can you watch so much about the usa and not know anything? This country isnt a dictatorship, it isnt run by a single person who can do whatever the fuck he wants whenever he wants.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
Ohh so let me get this straight. He can bomb a sovereign country like Yemen, or Bush did with Iraq, but he can't close a US jail.. right right.
He can send the troops but he can't pull them out..:Bingo:
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
yes yes yes. congress congress congress. the president is not a dictator. but you do a great job of overlooking that part since it doesnt fit your the_usa_is_the_cause_of_all_of_the_worlds_problems_and_is_horrible agenda.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
Congress?? Bush didn't get a declaration of war to go into Iraq. Obama didn't get a declaration of war to bomb Yemen. The USA bypasses congress because all the president has to say is that you are liberators their on the local gov't behalf.
For the record you guys are fucking it up.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
the us isnt the only one fighting overseas last time i checked. also i think we've talked about this before. the president does not make every decision that is on behalf of the government everywhere, everyday. right?
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
the us isnt the only one fighting overseas last time i checked
You got someone else in mind or just the little helpers:?:
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
i guess just the little helpers since it seems the us always has to lead on anything going on in the world anymore and everyone else just chips in here and there. i love the report about France bitching that the usa is trying to 'take over' in haiti. probably trying to cover up for their 25 troops they sent instead.
i guess the other countries need do something about it if they dont like what they see. sitting back isn't going to do much.

I think the US government has acted like the big boy going around the world beating on the little kids and stealing their sweets. The little helper just go's along because they know they will get something out of it. According to the Iraq Commission Tony Blair had already agreed with George Bush to go to war before he consulted anyone else in his cabinet. You think the US doing the rest of the world by taking the lead as you put it?
Maybe you should watch John Pilger's The War On Democracy.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
Beating, or they are agreeing because, they can get something out of it like you say, or agree? Those last two things I think sound most plausible to me....
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
I dosn't make it right though
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
yes...good so can the 95% of topics in this forum about the usa being the biggest piece of shit in the world be substituted this year for places like:

I think you are mixing up the country with the government. Did any of them countries listed invade another country in the last 30 years or try and over throw Democratically elected governments murdering thousands of innocent people.
Re: Shadow Government Documentary
since we've set a 30 year cutoff that probably conveniently excludes some from the list. Also one year ago today, we elected a new leader and with that the hope of a new gov't remember?
im just saying i think everyone here besides you and runningman are tired of hearing just about the usa and that we are the cause of Every Bad Thing In The World™
Time to talk about something else eh? But since this direct question is going to be side-stepped and not answered, I will quit responding now.

Re: Shadow Government Documentary
you assume the list is for the most part correct, as far as a list from wikipedia is concerned, with or without reading it right? i thought this whole mess right now was that other countries other tha the usa do bad things. so that is a moot point.
