Iraq - did we pull back too soon?

It seems everyday there seems to be a new round of terror attacks. The troops pulled back in June and it seems all hell has been breaking loose since then. Obama sounded good in his "we're getting out of Iraq" speeches, but if this continues we may be asked back and do we go if asked?
