The BBC came out with a documentary called "The Power of Nightmares" a while back. Can't believe it took me this long to find. The BBC admit that Al Qaeda was just a list of freedomfighters that were fighting the Soviets and that they weren't very organized at all.

Here is a clip of it

Yeah I saw this when it came out in 2004 I think. It was in 3 parts Baby it's Cold Outside, The Phantom Victory & The Shadows in the Cave. I love the ali barber and the 40 thieves footage.

Re: BBC now admits al qaeda never existed

you know I always found it strange that nothing else ever happened since 9/11. You would think that sleeper cells would have acted by now (8 years). At least shootings or something in the US. Don't spin this please and act like I want this to happen I just found it fishy that nothing else ever happened at all.

In the future chunky please post it so it doesn't take me 4 years to find it..

The IRA used to have the Christmas bombing campaign. We used to have to check under our cars before we went out. The school bus was inspected when I used to go to school. But the IRA where fairly consistent.

edit I should point out my father was in the military and I went to an armed forces school.

Re: BBC now admits al qaeda never existed

Ya I'm not endorsing it so please don't get confused. But looking at the facts nothing has happened since 9/11. You would think with all of these hundreds of thousands of radical muslims something would have happened by now. I guess I am just supposed to buy that Al Qaeda is very very patient. Almost a decade patient.
