This doesn't sound right at all. CORRUPT!! The battle between good and evil is being lost by the Good. Checks and Balances are lost..

any thoughts? It really sounds like the Rich are ending the US on the 4th of July. I laugh Obama talks about more regulation yet less is being done.. What a salesman!!

That is quite contradictoy to what Obama has been saying lately, or what governments here have been saying as well. How can it be defended to diminish transparency in the financial sector, in one of the places most prone to abuse?

Fuck that...banks and traders have already show that they are incapable of handling the responsibility they were given, and now they're getting more of it. Obfuscation...always comes in handy if you don't want people to know what you're doing :D

I know the gov't wants the public to give up their right because "what do you have to hide?" While the gov't is more secret then ever.

A citizen should be innocent until proven guilty, but this modus operandi of having to show what you got since you shouldn't have anything to hide places the burden of proof with the citizen.

This whole approach may even be unconstitutional.
