Heading to the doctor in 20 mins. Swollen glands in my throat - can barely speak :shock:

One of the perils of the job - Working in 2 houses supporting 9 people with schizophrenia live an independent life as possible. The thing is pretty much all of them smoke, like 40 a day.

Trying to encourage people to smoke outside is something I still haven't worked out yet :roll:
