Take a measuring jug with you everywhere you go - piss into it, then tip your piss into the nearest toilet/drain/garden. very important if you need to know how much you've done.

meat is the main ingredient a sandwich should have...the more the better..chicken, ham and salami...cheese comes after meat in importance all else is more or less irrelevant
