tks man, I tell ya, training sucks, biking for 3 hours is boring, partying with no drinks is different and quitting smoking overnight blows
it's 1.5 km swimming, 65 km biking, 15 km running
but it's fun overall ;)

Interesting day... went from going fishing (too windy to go out to the heads) to lunch + a few beers at the czecj beer cafe tp cigars + red at the kirrabillia club, to more drink + dinner, Now listening to james holden. Quality night!
