Good for you Dusk, I knew you could do it. Writing is very cathartic, I don't do anywhere near enough of it. But I do know that not letting our egos stop us from healing is important and a lot of time that means asking for help from friends or family, even if it's just going to get coffee or better yet, experience something brand new with someone. I think that's why people love having kids, it's experiencing life through new eyes all the time. But you don't have to have kids, just trying new things and being a beginner at something, it helps.

Sad , sad, day , just went to post Hernan's show on my local forum and it is in it's death throes , totally unusable. And the Melbourne newspaper I subscribe to has just "updated " and I can't comment on articles anymore because I am not a member of a social media group. It's a very isolating feeling. It is astonishing that communication is actually becoming harder and harder .This is the paper that wanted my opinion back in 2003 re our PM entering the Iraqi war.
