Re: Random thoughts

good thought...

"See your own life more clearly today—right here, right now in this moment—by refusing to ignore that which stirs passion and excitement within you. You came here with music to play, so when you begin to harmonize with what only you hear playing in your mind, listen carefully and stop yourself right in your tracks and be willing to take the first step in the direction of those synchronicity callings. This is your highest self calling! At this point, you are aligned with your Source of being.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself living the life of your dreams. What do you see?" -Dr Wayne Dyer

I always dwell in why people rationally develop food intolerances: applies to meat, gluten, and every other fucking trendy fads written by some trendy attractive pseudo obsessive dietician.

Another thing on my chest;

The sudden trends of people trying to care for African children, started with that Kony or trying to, then this:

Boko Haram also murder boys. Where Spectator Blogs

Exactly how does taking selfies, and holding a piece of paper actually help resolve the problem?

Oh and don't get me started on #nomakeupselfie.

Re: Random thoughts

I kicked all meat on friend's advice I would lose more weight. grinding other people's gears wasn't my intention.

I lost my weight, and eat meat once or twice a week.

as for the slaughter of animals, it's not pleasant obviously, but i guess I am guilty of turning a blind eye....for others an issue.

how has your life been affected so adversly that you always dwell on other people's "rational" decisions to form food intolerances?

unless it's raw vegan that is...that perplexes me and I have disproportionate hate for those people.

Re: Random thoughts

I get that "all natural" is good, but I don't get how snacks with white cane sugar are ever defined as healthy or healthier because sugar is "natural." It's so hard to find snacks that don't contain sugar. I've heard "sugar alcohols" are actually sugar substitutes but they don't get processed like sugar and affect your bloodstream so they are often in "healthier foods" or diet foods more accurately. Can't they use natural sugar substitutes?

Why add sugar to almonds for a snack? Blueberry almonds sound great, but why is sugar the 2nd ingredient? frustrates me. End of rant.

Anyone used or eaten anything made with white grape seed flour? I wonder what this kind of flour actually tastes like "chardonnay grape seed flour" or "chardonnay grape skin flour." They say it helps people lose weight while the red grape seed/skin flours do not. I know both would be better for you more so than white all-purpose flour. White all-purpose flour and white sugar are two things I avoid. Of course, US FDA is lacking proper studies and haven't approved any of seed flour. grrrrrrr Wine makers are ahead of the trend and leading chefs towards them, I think. Chardonnay flour pancakes..... idk. :p ....................end of randomness.

I try not to never hate anyone for any reason. Everyone is F *** up somehow or another.

Re: Random thoughts

^Fuck florida, just realise that some day you will die; eat, sleep, drink, fuck, and poop the way your body tells you, not your subconscious.

Here's my television telling me all these superfood bollocks actually have no scientific reasoning behind it:

People know what's good and bad, our own subconscious tells us deep fried food is as good as it gets, but we equivalently know that it is going to damage us in the long run. Balance your life, in exercise, diet, and once in a while, it's quiet alright to eat tripe.

Re: Random thoughts

 I was actually a pescatarian

The "why" I stopped meat is for a bunch of diff reasons. To start - I grew up with a freeze full of meat from our family farm....so meat was actually a large part of my diet for 26 yrs. I figured a break was needed. But long term, especially when life is really busy and since I've gotten back into working out with weights above 25 lbs plus running - I've decided to give meat a revisit. It's actually been on my mind for 2 yrs - I just haven't had the drive to take that first bite....and actually I did try chicken about a yr ago and it was ok - then had a little more the next day and had a headache from hell the following day - which promptly ended my attempt altogether. But this time it's different. I lost like 6 lbs at the gym from just 3 sessions... That's too rapid - plus I don't want to develop over times any iron or b vitamin deficiencies.... So I have enjoyed the journey but - all things must end.
