I did a food diary for my nutrition class. Today, about an average day for me, I ate 3700 calories. I don't understand how I am still just muscle and bone, with barely any fat on my body.

Enjoy it while you can, your 30's will make gaining fat easier... Then kids come and it will be even easier!:lol:

To make things worse the fat doesn't go to your biceps or calves, it goes to your belly :lol:

What I am the least looking fwd to is that dr's visit everyone has to have when they reach a certain age.... I'm not sure if it's 35 or 45 but you all know what I am referring to.

I don't know for sure if it's a requirement when a person gets a physical as they grow older or not. Audrey how old are you? and do you live in the US? It may be different in different countries, kind of like the purity of punk rock :lol:.

Well, if you like flash and lights, Buenos Aires is the city, theaters, cinemas, bars, clubs, restaurants, monuments. etc. if you like the nature. mountains, (Cordaba) or the forest (Misiones) with the falls or Patagonia is an amazing place too. And many more options. check your travel agency. :D

Tip: we are in autumn around March-April, so, temperature is around 10ºC-15ºC in the morning, 15ºC-25ºC in the afternoon. The temperature drops rapidly at night.

So you are coming here and I'm going there... hehehe best thing you can do here: eat good food and drink excellent wines. The city? nothing you don't have there. The night? nothing you don't have there. The girls? very beautiful. If you like nature, try Villa La Angostura, and San Martin de los Andes, south Argentina. That's lovely, really. ps: don't change your money at the banks ;)
