That's awesome, I love wrigley field! I have started a high protein/fat low/ no carb eating lifestyle
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
I have started a high protein/fat low/ no carb eating lifestyle
say goodbye to your health - seriously! this kind of diet is highly accidic and that is the worst for your internal organs. you may loose few pounds in the begining but its not worth it. i strongly recomend you reconsider! pm me if you want more details. <3
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
I've been starting to eat really healthy lately. Very little processed foods and lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, and chicken. Feels good to eat healthy. :)
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
^good for you man, make it a lifestyle switch, don't go back....
*thoughts and prayers with those members from England, who's country is officially experiencing a double dip recession according to economic news.

keep the carbs, but lesson the amount of empty processed carbs - crackers, sweets, breads (switched to sprouted whole grain bread and use sparingly.) Increase the muscle mass (which burns fat) and add cardio to your non weight lighting days.

probably should have more than 'low fat' if you're nixing the carbs (assuming you mean processed carbs, not as in carbs derived from brocolli, vegetables, etc...)
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
Deep Dish's GU:Toronto is dogshit. The fuck were they thinking? Although they have some decent tunes on there (not all of them), the actual mixing and track sequencing is bullshit.
They seemed to have seriously not given a fuck at all. Hell, the Afterhours Cd's are way, way better than this piece of turd.
What the hell happened to them?

Doing exactly that in terms of cutting out carbs - getting them now from fruit and veg.
Thanks to Kat for some excellent advice.
Florida - play squash 3 days a week - no gymming at all on my agenda

I liked both cd around 2006 - during my trippy times so may not have noticed the mixing etc:oops:

I despise the gym, I'm not suggesting to go to one. Pushups build muscle, so do squats and pullups.
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
I've never gone to the gym but I've lost a lot of weight and gained some muscle just doing bodyweight exercises regularly this year. Pushups, pull ups, squats, leg lifts.
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
^yep
Shot with the nicest British crew today :) at the beach. Good times.
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
Kat PM me what you sent Nick.
Actually just copy and paste it.
Need to whip harder on my diet.
Going veg is possibly one of the best things I've ever done in my life.
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
Actually Jenks had some really good info on diet etc. Where's that thread gone?

I'm comparing it to Digweed's, Sasha's, Seaman's, etc....their mixing. I've listened through both cd's several times now and half of the mixes sound like they're simply slamming the crossfader.
I'm sure both Cds sounded great in 06 since those tunes were pretty hot back then (still are, too. imho, anything on shinichi is timeless, and many on yoshitoshi are too.)

Boderline trance but has a surreal feeling to it.
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
^ Sounds nice, what are you talking about though?
I'm going to be driving up from San Diego to San Francisco in a month, which is about 8 hours non stop. I'm either going to listen to Hernan Cattaneo's - Club Yellow 2008 or Danny Howell's - Arc 2004, both 10 hours. I haven't heard either before. :P Anyone have other marathon set recommendations?
Re: The Holy Trinity's random thoughts?
