After questioning the crew, the Mari constable determines B'Elanna's angry thought earlier that day has been transmitted telepathically to the aggressor, and thus she is the more guilty of the two. She is sentenced to undergo memory modification to remove the thought, as is the aggressor. Janeway protests, as the modification process carries the risk of neurological damage.

A long time ago, anyone who was serious about having a night out would travel the length and breadth of this little island in hope of catching [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=118"]Andrew Weatherall[/url] play his records (or, Andy, as we were allowed to call him when he was younger).
Those unfortunate saturday nights when you didn't get to see him for whatever reason, you had to just make the best of somehow - find another party somewhere else.
"a man like" wasn't a term of respect then, it was a term tinged with disappointment. A way of saying that you'd missed out on seeing the top man but saw someone else having a go at filling his shoes. Sahsa's army of fans took this up and ran with it, to the amusement of everyone else.
