Today i went on facebook and saw some of my friends recent pics and ffs they are fucking old ...maybe i haven't noticed it on myself , I did noticed that since I started smoking and not getting enough sleep I acquired some wrinkles on my face.

I turned 30 a month ago, I started thinking and remembering some good friends that (I don´t know why) I have no more relationship, it faded away... we had great times toogether, it´s sad... but last times I saw them, we were in different frequencies...
