They made an example out of Martha Stewart, wonder what will happen to Cuban? He's kind of a douche but one of my heroes. I remember listening to radio stations over the internet back in '93 through his broadcast.com that made him billions when he sold it to yahoo. I'm thinking 90 days at Camp Fed and less than what Dirk makes in two games in fines.

I'm embarrassed to say that I've warmed up to Cuban at bit since his appearance on Dancing With The Stars, but ultimately I still view him as a douchebag of epic proportions, so this makes me pretty happy on balance.

its civil charges not criminal.. so he will most likely have to pay some fines, no jail time.

from what espn is reporting (not that it's more credible for that) it sounds like cuban has a history with the prosecutor or whoever with the SEC. he's already made public personal emails from said SEC person making personal attacks on cuban. people are saying cuban has an "argument". and again not saying he isn't guilty, just might be more to this... cuban is brash but not stupid.
