Where was this 14 years ago in Mass, could have had a clean record!:D But seriously good to see this $ and manpower to hopefully be better served in other areas. With the oxycontin and heroin epidemic crippling the state that's where the focus needs to be.

amen to that. especially in the schools. parents and admins simply in denial or completely ignorant about it.
