Re: 2 hours that will change your life

This has been debated here like 15 times.... some say its good some say its propaganda. I don't know which of the two it is but I saw it about 18 months ago and it didn't really change my life much.

Re: 2 hours that will change your life

I knew all this monetary stuff from before . . .most of the other stuff also but the film does offer a new point of view on some things although just like the original obviously does have an agenda. nevertheless its a very good wake up call.

Re: 2 hours that will change your life

total shit. that movie is total shit compared to the original. effing rediculous. it got a few things right about the federal reserve, sure, but after about 15 minutes in, it went to total dogshit.

Re: 2 hours that will change your life

why do you say that?

any examples?

Re: 2 hours that will change your life

are you asking because you didn't find anything disagreeable? or because you wanted to know if we share the same view on a particular stretch of the film?

If it's the former, then there is no way I could rationalize the great usage of time and effort to write up such a post. If it is the latter, let me know what you thought was disagreeable and I'll be prompt in my answer.

it was realy good for the first few minutes, and then it was like...WHAT? so i'd listen, think this is nuts, then foward it to a new section. More of the same. Then again to a new section, more of the same. ANd so on for about 30 minutes.

It kinda remind me of this sarah palin farce: it looks nice on the outside, and may say some obvious and expected things, but you realize there is no philosophical underpinning to thier argument, it is moot to continue giving her deference or attention.

Re: 2 hours that will change your life

I will give it a viewing soon... If it's anything like the original, I'll have to strap my bullshit boots on tight before I wade in. The guy presents interesting viewpoints at times but also tends to play really fast and loose with the facts in order to fit his ideological agenda.

dont' do it too soon; i'll preface your viewing with this: the concept of this film, and its predecessor, were: here are the facts, this is what they say. This addendum to the first movie goes much further than this. At one point, I got the sense they were suggesting that communism is the answer so long as it is communism without a federal reserve federal reserve.

Re: 2 hours that will change your life

while some parts were not so much dis agreeable, i found some parts to be maybe not as smooth sailing as they where talking about, switching over to a resource based econmy sounds good but would take a while to do.

however, all of what they said about the banking and the us involvment in other country's i find not only spot on, but just a rehash of books like war is a racket(written by one of the most respected marines ever)

i was just trying to find out what section you thought was bullshit so you could provide some evidence of why it was bullshit, if your logic is correct i of course would be willing to research and maybe change my stance if what is say is in fact bullshit.

no need to tell me everything you find to be bullshit, just pick some part(that is not about the resource economy cause i think we agree on that)
