hey toasty, you know i cant fathom any of these jokers in office... but she was/is a brilliant option for the religious right as mccain himself has chastized them in the past. she brings that "credibility" to them. take the word in quotes for what you want when it comes to the religious right and liberal left.

He has been editor of Newsweek International and has published several books. He has had his own political shows on PBS, ABC, and CNN. He is regarded by many as having particularly high expertise in international relations and foreign affairs. He has a BA from Yale and a PhD from Harvard.
