Apparently these days you don't need thermite. Instead of spending months of planing, cutting columns and planting explosives, you just set fire to it in the morning then come back at the end of the day.

I didn't say it was something to be worrried about. I just found it amusing that they chose an event where no explosives where used as the trigger to start doing background checks.
