So basically they were to ride as a moving fuel-loaded target? No wonder.
Gives the impression the high-ranking officers don't really care for the lives of the US troops out there. This is gonna leave scratches on the credibility of both the Bush administration and the military leaders involved, and the soldiers' superiors.
