as a ny'er who lost family friends and about a year of sleep, let me say....
about fucking time. what, its been only 6.5+ years since it happened and finally we have in court.
the only fitting punishment would be not to give him his mis guided martyrdom, but hang him in a cage in front of the isreali embassy in NY. feed him, give him care, but leave him in the most undesirable place he can imagine. torture the life out of him without actually doing things like waterboarding, etc.
and bring him to the synagogue every day.
yeah, that is a rant, but putting this fuck to death is what he wants. i say make his life miserable to the point where his only option is suicide and that denies him his mrtyrdom.
