at least McCain wants to cut spending in other places besides our military and our nation's protection. Obama thinks dismantling our military is somehow a GOOD source for cutting government spending. he is way off the mark.

I can't speak for shosh, but I've been pretty vocal about my thoughts on the issues of the day, candidates, etc. in the politics forum for as long as I've been on [ms]. Isn't that the point?

mccain is ridiculous. he is trying to do too much too soon. i still say he is a HUGE flip-flopper on his issues. he can have a debate this week and next week he'd probably have a completely different perspective. the only reason i feel compelled to side with him is for the sake of my job since i'm a defense contractor.
