OK, not really -- he's still down in aggregate polling by like 6 points -- but a Public Policy Polling poll released today has him [B]up[/B] by 2 points:

It would be both naive and stupid to attach too much significance to any one poll, but this same PPP poll had him down 26 points a couple of weeks ago. If nothing else, it's a sign of a continuing upward trend for him in PA. If I'm the Clinton campaign, this has got to be frustrating.
