Let me preface this by noting that I just thought this was just funny and no deeper comment is intended -- from a story about McCain's visit to his high school:

Honestly, I was a little disappointed to find that "McNasty" was a reference to his temper -- I was hoping he had a reputation for dropping the ol' Cleveland Steamer or pulling a Dirty Sanchez or something.

Not a bad nickname, actually. It's not McLovin, but it's not bad.
