Ed Brown is about to die because he doesnt believe that there is a law to pay your income tax. He is a part of the America Freedom to Facism documentary group. There isnt one word of it on national television the fact that armoured personnel and tanks and and 5 helicopters are flying over this guys head in New Hampshire and are smearing him in the media as a fanatic.. Too much talk about Paris Hilton going back to jail so they get to talk about her for the next 45 days so they don't have to talk about the Ed Brown situation.. America Wake Up.. the call to arms is upon us.

Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
i've known about this from the get go and while I guess the parallel can be made to Waco, the fact that there is no religious extremism involved makes this mostly unmarketable on the MSM. While I don't buy into conspiracy theories, I can't help to think that there is a blackout about this incident....
Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
Rightfully so. Media coverage would probably instigate more people to do exactly what he's doing - not that I find what he's doing wrong, but I can understand why media would put very little attention on it.
Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
umm.... from the only person with actual tax law knowledge....
its a dumb technicality. you dont have to pay taxes once you fully own your own, and do not use any utilities. this includes, roads, tolls, power, water, any well systems that existed before you bought the property. since i can guarantee this fellow falls into the category of someone who has driven on a road and uses power, he owes taxes.

I thought roads and tolls are a whole different tax setup? For instance, money for roads comes from a gas tax, no?
Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
its time to own a gun..
Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
you really can't fight this "technicality" though some try.
But I agree, if that idea started spreading amongst the common masses enough, there could very well be a firestorm...
Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
For those of us who dont' know the story of whats going on (too wrapped up in Paris) what exactly is going on?

Here is the story..
Ed Brown found out that you dont have to pay the income tax because there is no law that requires it. He brought his case to the supreme court and they ruled in his favor. Now the lower courts are trying to send him to jail for not paying taxes of over 1 million. He has the money but refuses to pay because there is no law. Ed Brown is also a huge supporter of the 9/11 truth movement. So the US Marshalls Special Ops (aka the Nazi SS) decided they were going to go in with the seals and take him out. instead someone walking ed browns dog caught the seals sneaking up in the bushes and then the Feds shot at him twice and tazered him. So they had to cal the ambush off. The Feds showed up with 3 helicopters and 4 armoured personnel carriers as a sign of force to the surrounding community. Ed brown and his wife Elaine are like 70 years old. Ed says if they come in for him he is going down shooting..
Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
What a fascinating story. I wish I could be there to watch it unfold. I also wish there wasn't a media oligopoly capable of keeping events like this from the airwaves and spoonfeeding the public their ideology.
Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
^one correction, his specific case was not brought to the supreme court. He is basing his stand entirely on a supreme court ruling that the 16th amendment does not confer on congress any additional taxing powers from what was specifically mentioned (tax on income is mentioned). From there it becomes a legal debate as to definitions of what is and isn't income. It's based on this debate that he believes he doesn't owe taxes.

Re: Modern Day Waco - In New Hampshire
too bad they never mentioned that there is no Law!! They say ed and elaine brown suggest there is no law... Then Show it... Just show the law...Why? Because there isn't... I challenge anyone to find it..
"Some defend the Browns' claim -- repeatedly rejected by courts -- that no law authorizes the federal income tax and that the 1913 constitutional amendment permitting it was never properly ratified."
What about the supreme court rulings.. what is happeneing is the lower courts are overrulling the supreme court.. How can this happen??
Nice title to "Tax Dodgers" what are they dodging if there is no law?
