yes. this idea that you dont have to is indeed true, but opens you up for deportation if you were to fight it in the courts. under the premise of you dont pay for it, you cant use it. this includes roads and utilities and beleive it or not, open space. so pay em, or leave if you are that hell beant on not paying them. once you step on your sidewalk of street, you are enacting a criminal act.

there are a few things on the topic, but all forget to tell you that the idea means the government can legally boot your ass.

its pretty sad that it isn't the law.. yet the government who is supposed to serve you would kick you out.. Makes me sick that every dollar you pay on income taxes is going directly to Rockefeller and co... I can't believe that people would think that the card or chip is a good idea.. look at the jews they had numbers on there bodies when the Nazis came to town.. Same idea IMO.. I figured that the USA was selling out about 10 years ago when all the business was going to China (aka the enemy)... another law that makes me sick is if the government asks you to spy on your neighbor you have to or you could get at least 2 years in jail..WTF??? Its not the home of the brave or the free anymore I feel.. Its the home of the bankers and mouthpieces (politicians)..

i know of this law, it isnt enforced, but was never taken off the books. it stems from the asian populations on the west coast during ww2. let it go....

yes, but there are about 1000 laws on the books that will never be enforced. and laws that are enforced that shouldnt be. (a woman is legally allowed to go topless in NY as long as it is not for business)

and in NY you can be fined 25 bucks for flirting (yes you can)

gives you things to think about for sure though...yes there's no law that states you have to pay, but yes you can get booted and the like (not mentioned)...unless you have a really good lawyer team to fight it.

Goes on further on some back history, how the Federal Reserve Bank isn't really a bank, how we are heading more and more toward a fascist state bit by bit, etc. etc...not as "over the top" as a Michael Moore production would be, but does have a couple of moments.

There is a problem with unenforced laws on the books when they begin enforcing them for different purposes or when enforcing obvious racist laws. For all intents and purposes such laws stay on the books as aces up executive branch sleeves and because of that I wouldn't let it go... :evil:

See. dinkins, David- legacy,crown heights, african american crime in NY, NY murder rates, riots, etc. lmao. again, i dont agree, but there was reasoning from rudy's side.

if you're gonna go there, I'd agree...bout time NYC did away with the democratic city council and for that matter the same could be said with the republican state senate. No single party should have that much control, in either case.
