Good for them, and good for VP Cheney for not doing anything other than acting like the excited grandfather-to-be that I'm sure he is. Just because he's a politician doesn't mean that everything to which he has any tangential relationship needs to be viewed as a political talking point.
Here's hoping the media keeps its snout out of this -- but I doubt it.

i remember back when,..... bush was on a podium with DC and a reporter jumped at the chance to call him out on the viewpoints to gays, and DC was sitting behind him ready to stab him.
