Finally pissed at the welfare-facist party(Democrats and Republicans, one party pretending to be two)?

Vote for Peroutka, Constitutional Party.

check link constitutional party

don't let the media tell you there are only two candidates for President. thats why America is good, because we have a choice. this is not the USSR, where you can only vote for the party in power.

enjoy.

 Sorry but thats hilarious.

I was intrigued, so I click on the site. Waiting ..... waiting ......

Here at work, the network backbone is incredible. I can regularly get 1 MB/s on some sites, and even more downloading from certain places.

And yet this website took almost a full minute to load. That is pretty hilarious when you think about it. They are trying to run for president, but they must have been pretty stingy with their web server.:lol:

Sorry just had to mention that.

Upon reviewing the issues though. I would have to say that I was pleasently suprised. Seems the Constitutional Party represents my views and ideals pretty well, and better then the rest in this election any way.

Too bad a vote for him is a vote wasted, regardless of how I feel.

Still, this Constitutional Party is worth watching in the future. Thanks for the link and info. Too bad there wasn't a "Drug War" stance on the issues though. So I sent an email asking about his stance on it.

Re:: Stop Wasting Your Vote on Idiots

I tried the site myself and it didn't load as fast a normal site but it didn't take abnormally long.

Progressive420 I'm not sure where you stand on particular issues but some of what this guy says is just plain scary to me:
I am Michael A. Peroutka and I am running for President on the Constitution Party ticket. I am 100% pro-life, all nine months, no exceptions. In fact, I am so pro-life, that if elected I promise that abortion will end my first day in office.

Finally, ask yourself, who is the definer of marriage? Certainly it is not the United States government, nor even the State government. The author and perfector of Marriage is none other than the LORD Almighty.
At this point I've decided to "throw away" my vote on Libertarian Party candidate, Badnarik. More information on their positions and candidate information at the following sites:

Re:: Stop Wasting Your Vote on Idiots

Firstly as you all know i'm not an American and usually don't engage myself with debates about a system, quite frankly, i don't get.

For a country as large as the USA, and as dominant on the International stage as it has been, it surprises that politically you really have a two party system of government. I don't get - surely not Americans will identify with either the Repulicans or the Democrats. That brings me to my main point re: the Peroutka campaign.

Surely this is wrong. Ok so you want a choice that is not Bush or Kerry, fine, that Iget, but its not about Bush and Kerry is it, its actually about a two party system of Government. There will always be people who dont like standing to be president.

Would a not more realistic approach be to form a third, or even fourth and fifth, party, stand for the senate and congress (have i got that right?) That way you start to challenge the two party system and the hold they have on the Presidency - because surely as this moment in time an 'other' candidate has no chance in hell of winning.

Just some thought!

Re:: Stop Wasting Your Vote on Idiots

I'm kinda familiar with the constitution party since I canvass for the elections everyday. (Damn summer job givin college credit ) But anyway I agree with everything the constitution party represents and am another dimwit who doesn't really care for the choices we have to vote for, although I'd rather vote Bush than Kerry... call me crazy. Only problem- with the way our system is setup, the party will never get the support, free airtime, electoral college, or better website to become succesful... so Civic is right, another vote wasted. BTW... there are plenty of other third parties. Ever concider Kucinich?!?! :Blazed:

Dennis Kucinich roxx. He would definetely be the man I vote for, but really, its still a waste.

Too bad he didn't beat out Kerry in the Democratic primaries. That would have been awesome.

Ideologically, I kinda like Kucinich. Problem is that he's totally unelectable. I'm not saying this is the right or wrong reason to not vote for someone, but let's face it, the guy is an ugly little spud. In this age of television and the internet, image is a real part of politics, and Kucinich is just too frickin' peculiar looking to have a serious shot.

Did anyone see the thing on the Daily Show a few weeks ago where one of the reporters visited a Kucinich rally where he was doing headstands and rolling around on the carpet with his legs wrapped around his arms? That is just not presidential behavior -- similar to Howard Dean's scream and things of the like.

Having an off-the-cuff discussion with a late night TV host = helpful humanizing behavior. Seeing your presidential candidate ass-over-elbows = unhelpful humanizing behavior.

Sad but true...

I disagree. Kerry is about the ugliest thing to ever walk the planet. Not that I'm very good at determining how good looking guys are, but Dennis seems better looking to me. With Kerry, just look at him I mean sheesh.

But regardless, Kucinich couldn't get elected, that much I agree with.
