Interesting times especially if Hillary becomes President in '08. Two women possibly occupying high level positions never before in our government. The Democrats can only hope that they do well the next two years and use this momentum to win '08.

I see tons and tons of yes votes by hillary and many of them are republican bills and I've only gotten through a quarter of the list of votes.

we only won a handful of seats. its a shame too. here in NY, the attorney general that was elected has no experience and is responsible for losing 32 million dollars that are still unaccounted for.... the libertarian candidate was the right choice.

better off, we no longer have to deal with railway legislation. but certain elements of the market are screwed. for the better. hopefully the democrats can get the prescription medicine companies in line so ppl dont have to pay a thousand dollars for medicine. and hopefully they get the stem cell bill right through, right away.

but on the opposite feild, we should not be condoning a complete reversal to the left. it wont work. at this point, the country is so mixed up, we need a balance.

i wish, and im being honest, that someone in the houses would propose a bill that prevents candidates and outside parties out spending. create a federal fund so that all federal level candidates have to spend equal money, this would allow the moderate voices who use common sense into the picture. the fact is that elections shouldnt come down to whether you have to vote for against things like abortion, taxes, security... there are plenty of people who are democrat and against abortion, and plenty of republicans who are for pro choice...

but yes, we are better off than last week. he can be controlled to a degree now.
