im 27 .... maybe you dont care enough because your on neither side ... how am i not gonna get insulted when this guy doesnt care how many casualties there are ... i can see his frustation , im not gonna say that i have been there or anything but my family is palestinian so im on the other side of the fence .. of cors i feel insulted .. of cors i want a peacefull solution to the conflict and people thinking the same way dave is wont help either side im not saying either that we are right and they are wrong .. but that we must find a way palestinians dont know any other way to make themselves be heard outside gaza .. it is not in the best interest of the israelis for this to happen because they dont want to compromise what they have ... and of cors with the support of US whos gonna say anything and in lebannon they attack for more than a week and the lebannon goverment did nothing they let israel do what they feel needed to be done so please dont complain about that

dude, feel bad for the casualties, but dont pity them, they are helping these groups for the most part in gaza and openly support them. if im at a KKK rally here in the states, mexico was black instead of spanish, and we were hanging out on the texas border lbbing rockets and sending in bombs, even though i never directly launched one, but i supported and put myself there, then dont feel bad for me if mexico sends its military at my home base. i knew and supported what the klan was doing, so why pity me?

Stop firing rockets into Ashkelon and Sderot from fucking civillian areas or take the consequences of your fucking actions. Its not difficult to understand.

You want Israel to cry tears of sorrow when Palestinian women and children are killed by Israeli weapons which were fired onto areas which have been used to fire rockets into Israel. Fucking hypocrites.

Stop firing at us and we'll leave you the fuck alone. For fuck sake we left gaza more than a year ago and you fucking do is fire on our cities on daily basis.

You want your children to live peaceful long lives, stop fucking using them as human shield.

hey im on your side. the one thign about the world and all the stupid politicing is that for stability and peace, you must get things uniform. you cant be negotiating with a militia when its government says it isnt responsible. if the people are committing these gross atrocities wont be controlled by their government, you have the right to defend yourself. every time you concede something, or cease fire, they have re-armed at every step of the way, and attack again. yet, as they are not the National Palestinan ARMY, the asshats think you have no right. fuck that.

while not violent at all , we have the same thing here with the mexican governemtn, and b4 i speak this, ill say im not for it at all. in now way, but the facts are we do indeed have a illegal immigration problem here, its bad. and everything we do to stop it, the mexican gov't has protested, even regarding deportingthem back, so essentially the gov't there doesnt want them.... but we have to do something if the govt wont.

Intresting arguement. Who is they? What land are you talking about?

Because techinically speaking if its the west bank then it should be returned to Jordan, and if its Gaza it should be returned to Egypt the two previous occupying forces there. Prior to that it was the British manadate - should it be returned to them? Or how about the Ottoman Empire - should they have it?

And if i really want to follow that line, show me one occasion of the past two millenia where there has been an arab state in Palestine? A state with government, monarchy, infrastructure.

You wont because you cant, for the Palestinians are a modern creation, created under the British Mandate, which set a side a nation for them, on territory you know as Jordan, which is more than those migrant workers from the Arabian penninsula and Egypt were entitiled to.

Within the last 50 years (after the jews had already suffered through the holocaust), every single middle eastern arabic country had purged all the jews from their mist. Iran, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon and so on and so forth has kicked the jews out and very often officially sanctioned. Are they entitled to their homes, their land and their wealth that they were forced to leave behind?! :evil:

Where's the sense of equal treatment? Should the jews in Israel just attack these countries because they took their land? According to your logic, they'd actually have the right to. :roll:

Not that I'm suggesting any of this to actually happen, but at some point just as the jews need to come to terms and forgive the things that have historically happened to them in order to move on as a society and people, so to do the palestinians (while other arabs need to stop using jewish hatred as a unifying, and politically distractive, tactic)...otherwise, neither of us will ever be able to move forward.

the second half of ben's post pretty much sums up the thoughts i have and what i have expresssed directly to him. no matter what logical formula you apply to the situation, the arabs only have the current right to the land b/c they took it. if you say that, then when and if isreal decided to court all the jews and christians in the world, and take back the holy lands, then they would have the rights.

frankly, it isnt the persian or arabs lands, the jews are the ones who had them first and lost them in the violent expansion of islam from the persian empire expansion in the early half of the first century AD.

sadly, i want to see something happen that draws the christians into the conflict in the area. and im only speaking religiously here. we, the christians that is, have essentially been removed from jerusalem and bethlehem, the homes and most sacred sites from the formation of our religion. but alas, we havent spoken up because we are so widespread and the church was moved to rome...

i tell ya one thing., if the ''west'' decides to give back the aid because the PM will resign, its a big mistake, at this point, we have them over the barrel, their base is pissed off at them as well, and their support is dying. keep the aid out of palestine until they give a period of peace, and recognize isreal. we cant give in to half the demands onlyto see it start again. people, especially there, need to learn everyone benifits from peace.
