Whatever your political or religious leanings are this is just complete nonsense imo. I understand the whole tax-exempt thing needs to be heavily enforced but this imo has nothing to do with the church breaking its tax-exempt status. The IRS is being used by a bigger bully (name left out) who is pissed off at a preacher for giving a sermon. Now if this isn't stepping over the bounds of separation of church & state I don't know what is.
