Where's the evidence besides a drunk strippers testimony? No DNA evidence, bruises prior to being at the scene, and she was drunk the whole time. And who freaking believes anything a stripper says anyway?
If the guys did rape her then send them to jail, but at least leak us some evidence that helps us believe her story. The defense is doing a good job of coming up with evidence that the two guys arrested weren't even at the crime scene.
Or is it simply a political case where a District Attorney is weeks away from an election and needs the black vote to get re-elected? And shortly thereafter, the case happens to go away for insufficient evidence. If this happens, then both the DA and the stripper should be put in jail themselves.
