The only cool thing about this is I work at the airport so I will see AF One land and take off, something everyone that witnesses says is amazing. The secret police and the regular policce are crwaling everywhere so it is going to be interesting. Other than that GWBush is not going to help me enjoy my day.

President is coming to town....
Re: President is coming to town....
Give him the finger from me, will ya ;)
Re: President is coming to town....
I would if I could have seen him land but the airport shutdown and no one was allowed on the ramp, runways, taxiways from 10:30-11:05. Held up all air traffic between those times. Real accessible man, I know he is not supposed to be but what the hell, hold up the working man here comes the idiot. Would not be so bad if I actually believed he was just playing dumb but I truly believe he IS dumb. What a country.?!
Re: President is coming to town....
I saw a feature about AF One once on NGC... Damn, I couldn't believe the amount of resources deployed when he moves from one place to another. The amount of money blown on one trip could very well be enough to vacinate the population of a random African country against polio...
But then again, I don't think it's fair to play that card just because you happen to have a retard sitting in the Oval Office. I guess if there weren't any threaths, those measures wouldn't be necessary in the first place...
As for holding up the working man, Bush came to Brussels last year and I had the bad luck that the head offices of my largest account are right in front of the US embassy. For three days I felt like I was working in Beirut or sth... Bites, but if that is what it takes...
Re: President is coming to town....
Would pissing on the guard's boots be taken as a provocation?
Re: President is coming to town....
Not if he didn't get his daily golden shower from the Commander in Chief :p
Speaking of provocations, if you wanna have a little fun with security personel at your local US embassy, stroll up and down the street wearing a backpack. I've pulled this in Brussels last Summer. The cops didn't pay too much attention to me, but the guys from the private security company sure got nervous
Re: President is coming to town....
hahaha....damn I think I'll do that if I get really bored this summer...I need to check out the Ghanaian embassy anyway, so I might just make a detour to have some fun that day ;)
Re: President is coming to town....
Take a carpet with you and start doing your prayers right in front of it. That should make them sweat for sure, hahahaha
Re: President is coming to town....
...and then 'forget' my backpack
Re: President is coming to town....
i dont think this is any interesting news to be posted but nevermind just saying my opinion

What city are you talking about?
Re: President is coming to town....
after Hurricane Wilma, we left on a corporate Jet to our Disaster recovery site and as we walked out to the jet, one of the planes prior to Bush's arrival was right near us. In there, there had to be about 10 SUV's, 100 Serect Service Agents and so on. Kinda cool since AF1 landed right after we took off. I never knew that they fligh their personal SUVs for everyone of his trips.
