...And there usually aren't many, but South Dakota Gov., Mike Rounds, just signed the bill making abortion illegal in S.D. in most cases. Although the bill has not become law yet it's scary how conservative this state has become. How can a governor make a decision that is not its' own innate right? This is just snafu if you ask me.

i say just make it a state wide vote by the people. if they ban it, then its what the people in that state wanted. if it passes, then its what the people wanted.:what

Just like they outlawed gay marriage in Texas... Because thats what the people wanted... to impose their morals on other people who don't even kill unborn babies, but totally probably would if they could get knocked up though :)!

I heard about this, its just another example of how f*cked up america is becoming! It's not bad enough they can now legally listen into your phone calls in the name of national security, but now they take away the right to choose.....what's next right to vote!?!?!?!
