while I don't have a family member in prison, this documentary resonated with me on many levels. Glad there are people/organizations helping to give these people another chance rather than freakin life sentences.

Probably a good place would be eliminating/outlawing the privatization of incarceration services altogether, and making it a facet of government that should be prohibited from lobbying.
