By deflecting to Mitt on this issue, I take it you also like the newly drafted taxation power granted by Roberts to Congress (mandates are cool if they're put in the framework of a tax; talk about an "unprecedented" means of revenue, just what the IRS needs as if injected with a dose of steroids). That is, until somebody with a contrary ideology comes along and engages the same tactic.
