Soo, hundreds of thousands dead, and a country that is even more fucked than it was before.That worked out well !

Nothing mentioned there about rebuilding what has been destroyed in this war. I hope it just a oversight by the reporter.

Without energy independence from the Middle East and considering the importance of oil flow from that area, it is no wonder the job was ultimately finished.

For those bitching from comfortable armchairs about how conditions there are worse now than they were under Saddam, let me just say I'm not surprised. The reality is that there are both improvements and setbacks, unless you only get your news from a single (biased) source.

On the other hand, the Sunnis and Shiites should be walled off and left to battle amongst themselves (I would say the same for the Repubs/Dems in Washington).
