Funny how it works...US debt gets downgraded and the SEC and DOJ bombard S&P with investigations... I always thought it peculiar how the whole rating system worked...US pays to get rated while all the "underdeveloped" countries such as Brazil don't pay anything...now I guess it just wasn't enough?
