Info [SPOILER][I][COLOR=Gray][SIZE=1]BORDERLINE-STörungen gelten als seelisches Grenzgebiet zwischen Psychose, Neurose und Persönlichkeitsstörung. Die Bereiche der Gefühle, des Denkens und des Handelns sind beeinträchtigt, was sich durch negatives und teilweise paradox wirkendes Verhalten in zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen sowie im gestörten Verhältnis zu sich selbst äußert. Typisch ist auch das häufige Gefühl der chronischen Langeweile und sogar inneren Leere auf der einen Seite sowie die Neigung zu vielfältigen Klängen auf der anderen. Früher auch als abnorme Persönlichkeit, psychopathische Persönlichkeit oder Psychopathie bezeichnet. Aufgrund einer komplizierten innerseelischen Störung bleiben "gute" und "böse" Aspekte zwischen der eigenen Person gleichsam unverbunden nebeneinander stehen. So erlebt man sich ständig schwankend zwischen gut und böse und spaltet auch seine zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen in gute und böse auf, ohne zu einer brauchbaren Integrationslösung zu kommen. Kein Wunder, dass bei einem solch weitgespannten Grenz- oder Zwischengebiet seelischer Störungen bei zum Teil doch sehr unterschiedlichen Leiden eine allseits befriedigende Definition ungemein schwer ist. Dabei hat sich allerdings eine knappe Charakterisierung durchgesetzt, die tatsächlich etwas für sich hat: Borderliner gelten als "stabil in der Instabilität", d. h. sie müssten eigentlich laufend psychotisch eskalieren, tun es aber nicht. Dieses Verhalten spiegelt sich natürlich auch in der Musik wieder. Eine allseits anerkannte Definition ist schwierig.[/SIZE][/COLOR][/I][/SPOILER][/CENTER]
