hmmm. just got through the mix. dont want to sound too overcritical but i was a bit dissappointed as i was expecting a lot considering the event.....but maybe alot of it has to do with the poor sound quality and excessive crowd noise....but the mixing to me in some areas was a bit marginal.

what u all think?

i just hope diggers and heranans get released (hernan may be the last 20 or so minutes of part 1 is my guess)

nick 0~1.02 denis 1.02~1.46 hernan 1.46 till end of part 1.... i reckon he played for about an hour so there should be more of him coming on 5/15 along with digweed's part

most of miami was on that ;), esp at the visionquest party in shelbourne lol, hernan and john came to the boat looking as fresh as roger federrer before his matches, nick needed some sleep for sure, but dosent he always look like he needs some sleep :lol:

there was lots of sound adjustments and announcements, so give nick a break (i personally forgive him for anythin coz he played only love can break ur heart on the boat), and what sbando said is true too im just happy they released this gem...and just you wait for part 2 just you wait

Part 1 is stupendous considering 1) the setting was a boat and 2) there were technical hurdles evident in the volume adjustments and mic talkover. It doesn't take horse tranquilizers to find enjoyment because of a few jumpy transitions, and that insult is yet another reason why a certain someone will remain on my ignore list forevermore. I will henceforward do my honest best to not be baited to respond when its posts are quoted.

for the type of event, Digweeds Boat party, i was hoping for a bit more professionalism in the beginning. the mixing in some parts is subject to say the least. i suppose i can understand tech glitches if everyone was so tore up,....but seems like some thought and programming would have been planned out to open for a such a special event who most dont get to experiance ........... i think most are just a bit dissapointed becuase of the high expectations...dont get me wrong there was still some wonderful moments

but i have no worries when it comes to hc and digs, they are pretty much always on top form at all times. CANT WAIT FOR PART2!!!!
