Back on topic. Great show this time. No down tempo filler, just straight into solid progressive goodness. Really enjoyable set.

Thanks to Nick Warren and great to hear Cattaneo's comments re: recent gig in Amsterdam. Both of them (Hernan Cattaneo & Nick Warren) should have been in Top 100 DJ poll IMHO... Not to mention many more who didn't make it either. Only my 2 cents...

Last time I didn't tell you to sod off, I explained that Frisky (free radio) DON'T WANT their files from the members section reposted, in any case. We're not allowed to post rips from live broadcasts either (everybody else is). That is clear.

[SIZE=3][COLOR=#b22222][B]If a DJ or a label, post the show on Soundcloud, IT'S ON SOUNCLOUD and you can obviously post Jody's own sets from Soundcloud, it's easy to understand, there's no issue, unless you want to find one, because you keep raising this issue bordering on trolling. The files on SC are publicly available to anyone. If they still contain references to Frisky, the DJ is responsible not us. Again, pretty obvious, no??[/B][/COLOR][/SIZE]

Last thing, I didn't make this rule, Soundgarden rips are available everywhere but here. Not even Nick has ever posted a 320 version of it. So NADA, no links, nothing. Until Hybridized updates its database a few weeks later.

Psybangas, if you can find Nick publicly sharing his own set, you're free to post it! It's really that simple. The two-week rule is what Hybridized has been instructed to follow, so this is what we call a loophole when the Hybridized link appears here (which is blessed by both Frisky and the artists). By that point in time, everyone who is anyone will have either signed up for a Frisky subscription and grabbed it direct or be living high (and free) on the stream rip easily obtained elsewhere. Frisky stream rips (along with subscription downloads) are simply not allowed here in order to keep the peace with the ones who go through the trouble of running Frisky and securing these artists and mixes.

Hoff, nice attempt to diffuse the situation, but you're missing out by evading the Jody sets. :p There's way more than, as someone here aptly put it, vagina house on offer.

Let me add that rules were made when the section relied on file-hosters and a few direct links. With Soundcloud we don't upload anything and we just embed their links. Still, if user X uploads Intensified it's still a no-no. Only if the DJ does.

Vin better upload it fast or we're facing a three pager about nothing.

Totally agree... I actually PREFER his downtempo/chillout parts more than his prog house hour. It's his first hour that gets me listening to them at least 5-10 times for every set.
