Nice one from Jody as always.

However, I hate to say it, but Trails We Blaze does absolutely nothing for me. Anyone else have any thoughts on that track?

He said he wanted something dark on the album, so he neutered the track from what it was previously (the first half was cut, which was uplifting and purportedly too "U2" by his own estimation). Maybe he tried too hard to go dark...it certainly grinds.

thanks for the insight, vinnie. if it's anything in the realm of U2 I certainly want nothing to do with it :-)
