Re: Game of Thrones

We get our first taste of S4 on 18th April - finished all the books 2 months ago - its a shocker that his next book is only in 2015

Arya Stark is shaping up to be the most interesting character, glad she got her last laugh.

Re: Game of Thrones

It seemed more like a midseason episode than a premiere one, regardless It was a great one.

Re: Game of Thrones

Beginning to wonder what's the point of watching this. People keep dying and it's become so difficult to follow. Not a fan of the cheap sensationalistic gore and tits.

Re: Game of Thrones

Its a lot of characters... I counted about 30 main characters... Someone definetly has to die.

The show has become a bit formulaic.

Re: Game of Thrones

It seems to want to kill off all the popular characters, for shock value. You have to wonder if there will be any of the original characters in it by the end of the last series.

Re: Game of Thrones

a lot of hype for this season. I've been expecting it for mony months, together with Mad Men plus HBO has been showing previous seasons for two weeks, everyday...

Re: Game of Thrones

first 4 episodes leaked... my twitter timeline exploded with spoilers yesterday.

I must resist

Re: Game of Thrones

No point in watching this anymore, they have pretty much killed off every cast member.

Re: Game of Thrones

I have a feeling they'll bring Jon Snow back to life with some sort of sorcery, they can't kill off the one good person in this fuckin series.

#1746390Post 143 of 147

Re: Game of Thrones

we'll see if they continue with the whole "the North remembers..." thing...

you have to give it to the writers... nobody is free of being killed on the show. the element of surprise...

Re: Game of Thrones

There are rumors abound on how Jon Snow will come back. This episode was pretty brutal but I stopped caring for the characters. The only scene that was actually surprising and poignant to me was Myrcella, that was sad; she was the one innocent. Everyone else pretty much deserved what they got, even the good ones. The whole thing with GRR is he makes sure the consequences to decisions and actions are very real.
