A very funny film in an awkward way...not your typical comedy. More reminiscent of naked gun and all those spoof movies...but this is a spoof upon itself.

I thought this was pretty funny. I got some good lulz from Mark Whalbergs character. Especially the scene where he first met Eva Mendez' character and when he tried to kiss her on the neck as he said bye after dinner :roflmao:

Just managed to catch this this past weekend. I used to hate Will Ferrell, but he's grown on me slowly since Anchorman, making me laugh more often than not. It's a nice play on the whole buddy cop film (especially loved the dirty talk being conveyed back and forth by Eva Mendes' grandmother - a mannequin dummy's hand, with some kind of a power tool taped to a gold club LOLWTF?), and Michael Keaton is great as the police chief who moonlights at Bed, Bath and Beyond.
