Amen to that! I picked the original up on DVD at Wal-mart for like 5 bucks recently! It was just the way I remember it.

the original was def classic...this version looks pretty bad ass though. Liam Neeson is a nice touch

was really disappointed with this. :(

as the movie progresses it got more and more Hollywood, I pretty much gave up when the Medusa fight started. At that point I was actually waiting for someone to charge in the fight with a machine gun and a rocket launcher.

Bah, wasn't that impressed, and the 3D effects felt really, really tacked on and rushed. I prefer the original.

Interesting movie to reunite two stars from Schindler's List though.

I wouldn't see it in 3D either, as it wasn't filmed with 3D cameras but converted after the fact, this process should take over a year to do it correctly and they rushed and did it in a few months.. it's being ripped for poor 3D quality.. but anyone I know that has seen it in 2D has had nothing but good things to say
