Re: Tron Legacy

this is a continuation of the first flick, so you could check it out. jeff bridges appears to still be trapped in the computer from part one in this one.

Re: Tron Legacy

Finally caught it in Shanghai. Everything I expected it to be (so-so story, eye candy) and more (amazing eye candy, maybe the most stylistic movie since Matrix).

I was expecting more and better action scenes though.

Already heard the soundtrack but hearing it on the cinema sound system with the movie gave me goosebumps, Daft Punk outdid themselves on this. So epic and dreamy and liquid. Really reminded me of Blade Runner.

And I really fucking hate 3D. The glasses dim the movie and totally distracted me. Gonna have to watch this again in 2D.

Re: Tron Legacy

finally caught one of the Tron's ... it was pretty awesome, no clue which one it was though, how many are there? 2, 3? Jeff Bridges did an awesome job, even though he was basically just Jeff Bridges . Not sure how far the film had already been on once I walked into it (at my car dealership, while my car was being serviced). Need to watch again.

Re: Tron Legacy

There is just the one from the 70's and this one. It is a cool flick, you should watch all of it. I thought it was well done and the sfx were pretty awesome.
