never heard of it before but looks amazing.... why that movie isnt on imdb?...
Which one are you talking about? The first or the second? If it's the first  (I feel really old).
Re: Tr2n [2010]
the second one, the first is from 1982..so i not even born on that date...
i looked that movie from the actor jeff bridges, but on the movies he have been isnt Tron 2...maybe its a surprise...
Re: Tr2n [2010]
Yeah it's not listed on IMDB yet which is weird. I checked before posting it. But you haven't seen TRON?! OMG ... TRON was the coolest shit back then, I think the first movie with CG :what:oops:
Re: Tr2n [2010]
I definitely remember the first and this one looks sick too.
I loved the style of the first one... definitely not of the norm, which was one of the reasons it was so cool. Very abstract.
From the looks of this vid, it looks like or at least I hope it'll be similar style to the first one!

 You definitely missed out! Tron was awesome.
Re: Tr2n [2010]
I had so many of those toys. Good times.
Re: Tr2n [2010]
There were a number of TR2N vids from Comic Con on youtube, but they've disappeared.
However, this one is still up: http://tron-2-trailer.blogspot.com/2008/07/tron-2-bootleg-trailer.html
It's rough, but you get the idea.

Re: Tr2n [2010]
f-in amazing! good to see J Bridges in this one too.. the original was way ahead of its time
Re: Tr2n [2010]
The directors are none other than boy wonder Joseph Kosinksi of KDLAB fame. Dude has been my hero for a long time- his work is fucking dope. The other director is the chief creative officer at pixar John Lasseter who has an impeccable track record as a director/producer. No doubt this is going to be a sick ass movie.
Also worthy of mention is that Joseph Kosinski is also set to direct a remake of Logan's Run.

It wasn't technically the first but it was the first that extensively used it- something like 10-15 minutes of cg. Uses of cg prior to this were really few and far between. Star Wars being a notable one....
Re: Tr2n [2010]
One of my absolute favorites growing up. Hopefully they don't ruin it.
