There were some parts of this movie that were very funny, but the whole thing came across with an arrogance and smugness about how funny it thought it was. But then I never really found any Family Guy that funny.

Defnitely hilarious. It was great because even though they had free reign and unedited - they didn't overdue it for the sake of it. But some of the sayings defintiely would have not made the TV grade - pushing the racial comments usually over the edge when they've only toed them and come literally out of nowhere.

Even though I've had this for a couple months, I'll buy it when it hits the shelves.

I'll keep my eyes out for this one. I've got the first 3 seasons on DVD and think Peter Griffin is edging the best comedy dad award over Homer. Anyone know if there are any other series apart from the first three?

Fox is playing this right now, but they're being all sneaky about it. They've broken it up into 3 separate episodes, are airing it as a special season finale each with its own set of credits, and "what happens next?!" at the end of each episode, but they're playing all three in a row. They never mentioned anything about the movie. :roll:
