Anyone else hear about this? I'm just catching onto buzz, right now it is in VERY limited release, but hopefully branching out some more.

Here is the IMDB [B]Plot Outline:[/B] An inner-city junior high school teacher with a drug habit forms an unlikely friendship with one of his students after she discovers his secret

Nothing too unusual from about the story but the review have been so full of praise I have to see what all the excitement is about. Ryan Gosling apparently turns in a monster performance in this one.

OK! It is finally at the independant movie theater near me so I will be going in the next few days and will be back with a review, I hope it lives up to the hype

found this on the net and watched it a couple of days ago. since i had the company of some kick-ass hasch i really cant give it an proper review. i did find it highly watchable though and ryan gosling performed very well imo.

the saga continues- me and the GF finally got our shit together to go see it this week and now the only theater in NJ showing it has decided to have one daily screening at 4:20pm. Clearly they are a bunch of stoners, but how am I supposed to make it to a movie in the middle of the afternoon? Will try for Sunday....
